- Business Operations and Sales
We provide products to consumers in the European region. All information, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service or limit order quantities for legitimate commercial reasons. - Shipping, Delivery, and Transfer of Risk
Dispatch Location: All orders are dispatched from our corporate facility in New Zealand.
Handling Time: Orders require 1 to 3 business days to process prior to dispatch.
Transit Time: We partner with premium priority services (DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS Priority). Estimated delivery to European destinations is 5 to 10 business days from dispatch.
Tracking: Automated notifications are sent to your registered email address at critical milestones (dispatch, regional sorting, and local delivery).
Delivery Investigations: If a shipment exceeds standard transit times, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Based on the findings, we will provide a full refund or arrange a replacement.
Transfer of Risk: For consumers residing in the European Union, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you or a designated third party (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.
Import Duties: Orders are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All applicable taxes and duties are collected at checkout, ensuring no extra fees upon arrival.
- Statutory Right of Withdrawal and Returns
14-Day Right of Withdrawal: European Union residents have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us via email at table@cushiontreadpad.com.
Effects of Withdrawal: Upon valid cancellation, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed. You must return the goods at your own expense within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
Damaged or Defective Goods: If you receive faulty or damaged items, please contact customer service at table@cushiontreadpad.com with clear photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will issue a refund or a replacement without requiring the physical return of the damaged items.
- Prohibited Uses and Liability
You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon intellectual property, or to transmit malicious code.
Our services and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any statutory consumer rights under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) or European Union law that cannot be lawfully waived.
